Our question for you... Are you drinking enough water to replenish your body's supply in order to keep you healthy?
Did you know that the average adult body is made up of about 70% water?
This piece of information is so important to your livelihood. We are sure you have heard this many times before. So we ask you when are you going to stop drinking everything that steals nutrients from your body and give your body what it needs?
In Masaru Emoto's book The Hidden Messages in Water, he states that "we start out life being 99 percent water, as fetuses. When we are born, we are 90 percent water, and by the time we reach adulthood we are down to 70 percent. If we die of old age, we will probably be about 50 percent water. In other words, throughout our lives we exist mostly as water."

What does this mean for you?
In order to live a happy, healthy life you MUST drink water!
How much?
There is a simple way to figure out how much water is right for you. Take your weight (in kgs), divide it by 30 and that is how many liters of water you should drink.
Example: A woman who is 60kgs divided by 30 equals 2 liters of water a day.
Remember that is the least amount of water you should drink. If you are at the gym, drink a liter of water for your workout, on top of the 2 liters you are drinking. The same if it is a hot, summer day and you are sweating a lot, drink more water.
Where should you get your water from?
There are heaps of filtering systems out there and depending on your situation there is one that is right for you. You can get something as simple as a Brita which won't cost that much all the way up to high end reverse osmosis water filters that pump water throughout your house. It depends on how much money you have to spend and where you are living.
In doing more research on water, I found a site called http://www.waterfiltercomparisons.com.au It has even more details on the importance of water, bottled water vs, filtered water, fluoride in water and more. It also does a comparison of many of the major water filters on the market today. It will then give you where you can find them to buy them. Check it out!
As a note about bottled water... At the moment there are no regulations on bottled water, so many bottles of water are not much different than drinking water out of your tap. You just get the pleasure of paying a lot more for packaging and marketing. If you buy a filter, it's a much cheaper, healthier option for you in the long run.
One more thing to think about with water. In order to be healthy, water must flow. When it lays stagnant in your body, you have a greater chance of becoming sick. Water in a river remains pure because it is moving. It is the same thing with our bodies. In order to keep it moving, we must move! Also, when you drink more water, you create a flow of water in your body. You flush out the old with the new.
Water is such a crucial part of our lives. When you start drinking more water now, you will most likely notice that you will increase your memory, flexibility, and focus. You will decrease your appetite and joint pain. You will even decrease the rate at which you may shrink as you get older. (Without water in the body, there is not enough fluid in the joints to keep them separated and so you start to shrink!) This is only the beginning of the wonderful reasons to drink water!
Go right now and have a wonderful glass of water and enjoy the crisp, refreshing feel as it goes down your throat, quenches your thirst and feeds your body with exactly what it needs!
